We’ve Been On The ‘Other Side’ Of These Cases
Mr. Landry brings a wealth of knowledge on complex state and federal laws that pertain to employee rights and employer regulations. Upon graduating from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University, he worked for more than a decade at one of Louisiana’s most prominent and long-standing corporate firms. In that position, he spent the majority of his time working in the firm’s labor and employment division, where he represented local, regional, national and international corporations in all aspects of labor and employment law.
When it comes to large companies facing claims that they have crossed the line in their treatment of individual employees, we know what drives that side’s approach because we fought those battles with them.
An Accomplished Negotiator And Litigator
Mr. Landry has earned an AV Preeminent* peer review rating from Martindale-Hubbell, a testament to the fact that his peers rank him at the highest level of professional excellence. Clients are assured of working directly with him from the initial consultation through the resolution of their cases.
Although most employment law claims are settled prior to trial, we are not in the business of negotiating agreements that are less than fair to our clients. We prepare every case as if it will go to trial and make it clear to the opposition that we will do so if a full and fair agreement cannot be reached.
